Italian footwear brand GEOX in collaboration with Euro Brand Management have worked together to reengineer its shipping outer cartons. This will result in a 6-8% increase in container loading from shoe factories to their global distribution centers. This initiative has also reduced considerably the recycled fiber consumption in the outer cartons that leads to significant cost reductions.
